Back in 2016, I started my career as a User Experience Designer in a tech company that provides health solutions. I designed the UX architecture for the DIMS app, one of Bangladesh's top medical app for doctors and pharmaceutical professionals that has over 1 million+ downloads with a high star rating.

Then I joined Pathao as a UX Researcher in 2018, one of the fastest-growing tech startups in Bangladesh. I contributed to enhancing the rider experience, increasing ride share pickup accuracy by 11%, reducing rider payout time by 35%, and also worked on projects related to food delivery, food discovery enhancement, etc.

Later on at Intelligent Machines Ltd, I worked on a major project called Retail.ai where I traveled to different parts of the country to understand the pain points of local retailers. Even when Artificial Intelligence wasn't that popular in the industry, we started researching it to stay ahead of the game.L

In 2021, I joined InsideMaps Inc., a Silicon Valley startup driving innovation in the real estate industry and beyond. As a UX Researcher, I helped to optimize the user experience of our Capture iOS app, reducing the on-site time by around 20% and increasing end-user efficiency by 29%

Later on, I was promoted to Product Manager. One of my proudest achievements was developing a configurator tool that automated home inspection setup, reducing time by nearly 44% and significantly enhancing client satisfaction.

Meanwhile, in my part-time work at Cross Project Resources, I collaborated with Adidas as an External User Researcher, successfully completing multiple impactful research projects like revamping Event Details Page 3.0, MTBR in-app onboarding, etc

Currently, I'm working as a Product Manager at CHEQ by Cantaloupe. CHEQ Inc was acquired by Cantaloupe Inc in February 2024. As a PM, my role is to own and deliver game-changing products.
